Education Support - Kenya
Aby Shureym Islamic Centre
Education and Orphan Support
This madrasah started in 2018. It operates both boarding and day basis, providing a foundation for children who otherwise would have no access to education or stable care.
360 Students
Total boys and girls receiving education on day and boarding basis.
77 Boarding
32 boys and 45 girls kept separately in a safe environment.
13 Teachers
8 male and 5 female teachers dedicated to the children's future.
Urgent Challenges
The main challenges of the madrasah are food stock for the kids in boarding as most are orphans, and a lack of salary for the dedicated teachers who make this education possible.
Your support ensures that these orphans receive nutritious meals and that their teachers can continue providing life-changing education.
